We supply industrial electrical and automation products to electrical panel builders, industrial automation providers, OEMs, manufacturers, and other customers.

We serve customers throughout Gujarat and supply to other locations across India, depending on product availability and delivery arrangements.

Product listings on our websites help you explore our range. A listing does not guarantee that a product is currently in stock.

Before confirming an order, please check the product brand, model number, rating, voltage, quantity, accessories, and suitability for your application.

Images are for reference. Product appearance, packaging, and specifications may change when manufacturers update their products. We will seek your agreement before supplying a substitute or a materially different specification.

Our team can help you understand available product information. Final system design, compatibility checks, installation, and commissioning should be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.

Installation, programming, and commissioning services are included only if expressly stated in our written quotation.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Where no validity period is given, please reconfirm the price and availability before placing your order.

GST, freight, insurance, packing, and other charges will be identified in the quotation or order confirmation, where applicable.

If we identify a pricing or listing error before accepting an order, we will explain the correction and ask whether you wish to proceed. We will not substitute a higher price for an accepted order without your agreement.

An enquiry, quotation request, or purchase order is subject to our written acceptance and confirmation of availability.

Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if any details are incorrect.

If a confirmed product becomes unavailable, we will discuss a revised delivery schedule or an alternative with you. If we cannot fulfil the affected part of your order and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund any payment received for that unfulfilled part.

Payment methods, amounts, and due dates will be stated in our quotation, pro forma invoice, or order confirmation.

Where advance payment is agreed, dispatch will be arranged after the required payment has cleared, subject to the confirmed availability and delivery schedule. Credit facilities apply only where separately approved in writing.

Please make payments only to payment details officially confirmed by Ahmedabad Electric Corporation. If you receive a request to change bank details, verify it with us using our published contact number before paying.

We may place an order on hold if an agreed payment is overdue, after notifying you.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Timing may depend on stock availability, manufacturer supply, payment clearance, transporter schedules, and the destination.

We will communicate material delays that come to our attention. Partial deliveries will be arranged with your agreement.

Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the goods. Any additional costs arising from incorrect delivery information or a requested redelivery will be discussed with you.

Please inspect the package and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you find visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, contact us promptly with your invoice or order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. Retaining the packaging can help with inspection and transport claims.

Please do not install a visibly damaged or incorrect product. Delayed reporting may make investigation more difficult, but it does not remove rights available under applicable law.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as early as possible. We will check whether the goods have already been dispatched or committed to procurement.

Returns for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected product are subject to written agreement. Specially procured, customised, configured, or made-to-order products may have restrictions that will be communicated before order acceptance.

Any applicable cancellation or return charges must be disclosed and agreed in advance.

If we supply the wrong product, or goods are defective or otherwise do not meet the agreed order, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Such claims are not treated as change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before sending goods back so we can confirm the return address and handling instructions. We will confirm the amount, method, and expected processing time for an approved refund and process it within any applicable legal deadline.

Products are supplied with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, where available. Warranty duration, coverage, commencement date, exclusions, and claim procedures depend on the manufacturer and product.

Please ask us for the applicable warranty details before purchasing if these are important to your selection. Keep your invoice and product identification details for future claims.

We will assist with eligible warranty requests and coordinate with the manufacturer or authorised service centre where appropriate. Under the manufacturer’s warranty, repair or replacement is subject to the relevant warranty terms and assessment.

Depending on those terms, damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable electrical supply, overloading, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or operation outside specified conditions may be excluded.

Any inspection, transport, or service charges not covered by warranty will be explained before proceeding. AEC does not provide an additional independent warranty unless expressly agreed in writing.

Manufacturer warranty terms do not limit any separate rights or remedies you have against us under applicable law.

Electrical and automation products must be stored, installed, operated, and maintained according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Customers are responsible for arranging qualified personnel, suitable protection, and application-specific safety checks. Please contact us before installation if the supplied product differs from the agreed specification.

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreed order and applicable law.

For business purchases, to the extent permitted by law, AEC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or production downtime. This exclusion does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or other statutory protections.

Events such as natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or major manufacturer interruptions may affect fulfilment.

If this happens, we will communicate the impact and discuss practical options with you. If fulfilment becomes impossible, any payment for goods we cannot supply will be refunded.

Our website content is provided to help customers understand our products and services. Please confirm current specifications, prices, and availability with us before ordering.

Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Website content must not be used in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can work towards a resolution. For business disputes, courts of competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.

Nothing in this clause prevents an eligible consumer from approaching a consumer commission or another authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Updated terms will apply to future orders from the stated effective date. Existing accepted orders will remain subject to the terms agreed when they were accepted, unless we mutually agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
